Honoring a Legacy of Service

This tribute to father-and-son veterans Reichmann and Richard Knell is on display at Tremont Library (2800 Tremont Road) in the hallway to the Children’s Room throughout November 2024.

The voices of these former UA residents are heard through letters, essays and this audio clip from a early 1990s presentation by Richard Knell. The physical items, preserved and cherished all these years in the Knell family, serve to educate this and future generations to come.

The main panels follow below for reading at-home. Please come to the library to fully appreciate the valued items of this collection.

Knell for donating these items to us.
